Play On

Play On is our new sponsorship fund, launched in January 2023, to support music-making around the world. 

Available to organisations outside the UK, Play On replaces and builds on our International Sponsorship Fund which has provided financial support for a wide range of inspirational music education programmes and projects over the last ten years.

Administered on our behalf by The Commonwealth Resounds, Play On funding will allow us to support a greater number and wider variety of organisations than ever before. 

Applications for the 2023 Play On Fund

• Applications for the 2023 fund will be open from Thursday 19 January – Sunday 26 February 2023.
• We are keen to hear from passionate organisations outside the UK that are committed to creating opportunities for more people to access and make progress in music.
• Eligible organisations might be providing training for teachers and music leaders, offering high-quality music education, providing new opportunities for developing musicians, sharing motivational and inspiring musical experiences or helping to address barriers to music learning.
